Listen to the last sounds that play, Ackee39 literally says "hey look, a bank" at the end. I reused "a bank" two or three times pitched up, one of which is located at the drop. I kept the WIP name to honour that sample. It came from a Discord conversation and a video Ackee39 posted :3
